Refund Policy

At Beneteau Adventures, we strive to provide exceptional experiences. Please review our refund policy before booking your trip.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

2. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If we must cancel a trip due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Light rain or cloudy conditions do not qualify for a weather-related cancellation.

  • ​

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling within 7 days of the trip is not guaranteed and may incur a fee.

4. Special Circumstances

  • In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.
