Welcome to Beneteau Adventures! By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

If we cancel a tour due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Safety & Liability

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.

We are not responsible for any personal injuries, lost belongings, or damages incurred during the tour.

Participation in water activities is at your own risk. We recommend that guests wear life jackets and follow crew instructions at all times.
4. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who engage in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation. Excessive intoxication will not be tolerated.
5. Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine, but may be canceled in severe weather conditions for safety reasons.

In case of cancellation due to weather, guests will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
6. Privacy Policy

By booking with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal information.
